Shopping on the e-shop of 2EL-CZ Ltd. is simple, and your selected product will be on its way to you in just a few moments.

1. Carefully review our product offerings. By clicking on the product name or thumbnail image, you will access more detailed information.

2. Add the selected product or multiple products to the cart. You can adjust the final quantity of products in the cart.

3. Review the products in your cart and click "Continue." If you forgot a product, feel free to return to the store. The items in your cart will remain.

4. Select the country for delivery and the currency in which you will pay.

5. Choose a shipping method and a payment option from the available choices.

6. Fill in your personal details, billing, and shipping address. You may also choose a different delivery address or add a note for the seller.

7. We recommend registering on our e-shop, which will simplify future orders, provide an overview of your orders, and allow us to stay in touch with interesting offers and promotions.

8. After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email with information on how to pay for your order.

9. Once the payment has been received in our account, we will immediately begin processing your order — you will also receive a confirmation by email.

10. If you do not pay immediately after placing the order, we will remind you with a pro forma invoice or another method.

11. When we hand the package over to the carrier, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been processed. An invoice will also be attached.
