We operate the e-shop at 2el.cz.
To sell our products and operate our website, we process certain personal data.

If you inquire about our products and services, we will handle your contact details, which you provide to us, mainly through the inquiry form. This includes your name, email address, and phone number.

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – negotiations related to a contract or pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 5 years from our last communication.
B. Processing of Personal Data When Making a Purchase
If you make a purchase with us, we will handle the data you provide. This primarily includes billing details: name, address, email, and phone number.
Why do we process your data?
We need your personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver goods or services to you. We will also use your contact information to communicate with you about the status of your order or any issues regarding complaints or inquiries.
We will also process personal data to comply with legal obligations (primarily for accounting and tax purposes, or to handle complaints).
What is the legal basis for processing?
This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – compliance with legal obligations.
How long do we process personal data?
We will process your data for the duration of our service provision and thereafter for 10 years from the last provision of the service or delivery of goods.
C. Newsletters (Commercial Communications)
If you are a purchasing customer and did not opt out during your purchase, we will use your email address to send you newsletters.
What is the legal basis for processing?
We are allowed to do so under Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, provided you did not opt out during your purchase.
How long do we process personal data?
We will process your data for 5 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via email or by contacting us at info@2el.cz.
II. Who Has Access to the Data?
Your data stays with us. However, some companies or individuals working with us may access the data because they assist us with the operation of our e-shop. These include:
- The operator of the e-shop platform, Shoptet (Shoptet a.s., Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, ID: 289 35 675, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 25 395)
- Companies involved in the dispatch of goods
- Companies involved in the processing of payments
